This project consists of mill and fill on SR-445 (Pyramid Way), and on interchange ramps in Washoe County at milepost WA 0.00 to 0.15. The road in the project area is classified as principal arterial with 12-foot lanes and 1-3 feet wide interior and exterior shoulders in both directions. The posted speed limit is 35 mph throughout the project area. Traffic control will consist of single lane closures. This project consists of mill and fill on SR-673 (Stead Blvd) and on interchange ramps in Washoe County at milepost WA 0.00 to 0.39. The road in the project area is classified as a minor arterial from Virginia St to the southbound interchange ramps and as a principal arterial from the southbound interchange ramps to the end of the project area. Traffic control will consist of single lane closures which will be performed utilizing flaggers and a pilot car. This project consists of mill and fill on FRWA24 in Washoe County at milepost WA 0.00 to 0.15. The road in the project area is classified as a one-way local road with three 12-foot lanes with 1-foot wide interior and exterior shoulders. The posted speed limit is 30 mph throughout the project area. The project consists of mill and overlay on Center Street over I-80. The road is classified as a minor arterial with three 12-foot lanes with 1-foot wide interior and exterior shoulders, and curb and gutter. The posted speed limit is 30 mph. No heavy truck data is available on this route. This Transportation Management Plan (TMP) will describe the transportation management strategies developed throughout the course of this project. The strategies developed include the Maintenance of Traffic Plan and the Transportation Operations Plan.
