Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Connecticut Library Consortium is seeking proposals from Digital Resources Suppliers for Databases (Academic/higher education, PreK-12 school, public library, veterans, marketing, etc.), Online Learning Platforms, Digital Periodicals and/or serials (newspapers, magazines, journals), Scheduling Software (event calendars, museum pass reservations, room reservations, staff scheduling), Artificial Intelligence, Electronic Resource Management, LibGuides or other equivalent, and Educational Digital Technology, to meet the needs of their over 975 Connecticut academic, school, public, and special library members and their users. 1. Supplier will provide toll‐free telephone number for ordering and customer service if available. 2. Supplier will provide a designated CLC online ordering portal if available. 3. Supplier will designate at least one customer service/bid representative to be the primary contact for the awarded contract. This representative shall maintain ongoing communications with CLC and notify CLC of any pertinent corporate changes or issues concerning CLC members. 4. Supplier will apply CLC bid pricing to all CLC member orders.
