Specifications include, but are not limited to: District intends to award one or more contracts for all or a portion of the following services: 1. Provide mental health and substance use disorder services (including assessments) within school sites. Services include individual counseling, group counseling, referrals to community resources, health and wellness screening and crisis intervention and prevention. 2. Ability to hire, supervise and retain 7.5 FTE licensed therapists to provide services to NCSD. 3. Services will be provided in-person but therapists may meet with students virtually in certain circumstances as clinically appropriate. 4. Providers will be expected to work alongside the school level student services team as part of a Multi-Tiered System of Support for all students. 5. The ability to bill Oregon Health Plans and private insurance when appropriate, but not limiting student’s ability to access their care or service. 6. Additional services provided as requested: engagement services, professional development for school staff or parent groups, education and presentations within a classroom setting.
