Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall: a. Assure water meets United states Environmental Protection Agency’s Nation Primary Drinking Water Regulations; b. Assure all water is from a municipal source. c. Follow Oregon Health Authority Drinking Water Hauling Guidelines. d. Perform the services in accordance with the stated specifications, requirements, delivery schedule, and relevant industry standards; e. Provide all equipment, labor, materials and supplies necessary to complete the services; f. Operate all equipment in a safe and accident free manner, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), at all times while performing services; and g. Notify OPRD Authorized Representative in the event of an accident that did or could result in damage to OPRD property, private property, or a visitor.
