Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project includes the new construction of one (1) complete and usable Enlisted Barracks (“EB5”) building, a 2 story approximately 21,505 square foot open bay barracks building on a green field site. The project scope includes but is not limited to: all excavation, site utilities, landscaping, foundational and structural, exterior envelope and waterproofing, roofing, interior and framing, CMU block construction, brick veneer finishes, drywall, all finishes, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, low voltage and AV, and civil site work. EB5 is intended to house 164 Army National Guard enlisted trainees and will include two (2) senior leadership quarters, restroom/shower service support space, admin and storage, and a shared Lounge/Dayroom.
