Specifications include, but are not limited to: 12. MSFA seeks a web-based, vendor-hosted, solution to facilitate all aspects of MFSA’s academic program requirements, including on-line student registration. 13. MFSA seeks a solution that will interface with Blackboard Open LMS. 14. MSFA seeks a vendor knowledgeable in academic and/or business administration routines and responsibilities including but not limited to course scheduling, dorm and classroom scheduling, administrative and academic reporting, etc. 15. MSFA seeks a commercial-off-the-shelf product (COTS) or mostly-off-the-shelf product (MOTS) that is already being used by other states to successfully manage State Fire Academy educational and administrative operations and activities. MSFA expects the COTS or MOTS solution to enable and ensure MSFA’s compliance with all appropriate industry standards, and to accommodate interaction with Blackboard Open LMS.
