Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Virginia Department of Education is publishing a direct award determination for a High School Equivalency (HSE) Assessment in both paper-based and computer-based provided by GED Testing Services LLC. Although West Virginia is currently offering the HiSET exam as an option for test takers to earn their high school equivalency diploma in West Virginia, we have found that we have been unable to effectively meet the needs of all individuals through this one exam. Mandatory Contract Services Requirements and Deliverables: The vendor shall provide Agency with the Contract Items listed below on an open-end and continuing basis. Contract Items must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements as shown below. Implementation - The vendor must provide high equivalency testing tools and services to include initial system set-up, planning and implementation, maintenance and upgrades, training, hosting, reporting, technical support and other associated services. This shall include but is not limited to: • The vendor must be responsible for the initial system set-up and making sure that it adapts to the WV Education Information System securely via a data interface approved by both the Office of Data Management and Analysis and the Office of Data Governance when necessary. • The vendor must sign the WVDE Contractor Student Data Agreement and must submit signed agreement prior to contract award.
