Specifications include, but are not limited to: o Hydrostatic testing of 8 each 12” Petroleum Dock supply lines (5 each Distillate / 3 ea. Aromatic). Schedule A: Hydrostatic Testing: 1. Port Users will provide petroleum/fluid for Hydrostatic Testing. 2. Contractor shall coordinate with Port User and POA on a delivery date for petroleum product. 3. All piping shall be hydrostatically tested by the Contractor to 1.5 times the Maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP) for a period of four (4) hours. 4. Test Pressures for Hydrostatic testing shall be as follows: a. ANSI Class 150# - Maximum allowable working pressure - 285 psig; test pressure - 427 psig. b. ANSI Class 300# - Maximum allowable working pressure - 740 psig; test pressure 1110 psig. c. ANSI Class 600# - Maximum allowable working pressure - 1480 psig, test pressure 2200 psig. 5. The piping system shall be brought up to the required test pressure in four equal stages with visual inspection for leaks at each stage. The maximum test pressures will be held for the duration of four (4) hours. 6. The Field Hydrostatic Test medium shall be petroleum product provided by the Port Users. The Contractor shall be responsible, administering the test, and removal of the test fluid from the line contractor shall be responsible for the legal removal of the test fluid, all petroleum used for testing reminds that of the Port User. 7. Hydrostatic Test Records shall be made for each spool. All the test records shall be retained by the Contractor with the job records. The job records and test results shall be turned over to the Owner's Representative prior to final inspection. 8. Records shall include: a. Date of Test. b. Test medium. c. Test Pressure. d. Provide test plan submittal for approval by the Owner's Representative
