Specifications include, but are not limited to: Major systems within this procurement include: • Design and implementation of a new CAD/AVL system that will provide desired operations management, real-time information for operations and the public, and reporting functionality. • Deployment of data management and scheduling software that will support workforce management, fixed-route transit scheduling, performance assessment, transit planning, NTD reporting, and so forth. • Deployment of an enterprise resource planning system that will provide functionality for managing inventory and workflows for work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, repairs, parts inventory, maintenance reports, and tracking warranties. The enterprise resource planning system shall also support finance tasks such as purchase orders, accounts payable, asset management, general ledger, and so forth.
