Specifications include, but are not limited to: East Campus IPTC is requiring the Contractor to perform the services as follows: Exterior building monthly Services. o Wash all exterior windows "outsides only" and clean all window frames free of dirt and spiderwebs. o Wash the main entryway and windbreak "insides and outsides" and clean all frames free of dirt and spiderwebs. o Wash all secondary entryways and windbreaks "in and out" and clean all frames free of dirt and spiderwebs. o Wash entire main entry vestibule (all doors and windows) and wind break "insides and outsides.” o Alternative Procedure: Service may be provided using a water purification system containing deionization filters, carbon sediment filters and reverse osmosis filters. Please indicate in your response if this procedure will be used. Carson Transit Center IPTC is requiring the Contractor to perform the services as follows: Exterior Building Service: Clean ground floor window glass (1st Plate) and exterior side entrance doors, side plates, transoms including cloth wiping of all frames to remove surface debris o To be completed: January, March, May, July, September, and November Clean ALL exterior glass, spandrel, doors, transoms, side glass for the complete building o To be completed: February, April, June, August, October, and December Service to be provided with a hands-on procedure; window brush and squeegee Alternative Procedure: Service may be provided using a water purification system containing deionization filters, carbon sediment filters and reverse osmosis filters. Canopy Service: Clean top and underside glass plus all frames (to ground) of bus loading areas o To be completed: February, April, June, August, October, and December Service to be provided with a hand on procedure: window brush and squeegee. Alternative Procedure: Service may be provided using a water purification system containing: deionization filters, carbon sediment filters and reverse osmosis filters. Interior Metal Panel Service: Hand wash all interior metal panels with an approved neutral cleaner, sponge and wipe dry using micro fiber cloths o To be completed: Once Per Month. Service to be completed with an approved neutral cleaner, sponge and wipe dry using microfiber cloths Alternative Procedure: Service may be provided using a water purification system containing: deionization filters, carbon sediment filters and reverse osmosis filters.
