Remove and properly recycle three (3) existing units (#s 3, 5 and 8) at the CBP hangars. a. Current units: i. Remove and properly recycle existing window unit at airport maintenance shop, current make: Kenmore model # 58075050500, Serial # 601TABN10197 5. Recover refrigerant from existing units in accordance with the United States Environmental Protection Agency Section 608. 6. Placement of new units on the curb. Curb adapter may be used if needed. 7. Units must be connected with little or no modification to existing ductwork. 8. Remove electrical disconnect and install new external, fused disconnect with appropriate voltage and amperage rating. 9. Units must be wired to communicate with the existing duct smoke detector and exhaust fan relays. 10. Condensation drain trap and line will be replaced up to the main drain line. All joints must be glued. 11. Condensation overflow cut-off switch will be installed in the drain pan. 12. All methods employed in performing the work and all equipment necessary for executing any part of the work are subject to approval by the Authority before work is started, and when found unsatisfactory will be corrected. All equipment will be in good working condition. 13. Work must be inspected by City Code Compliance inspectors.
