Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for Taxiway Delta Pavements Repair at Kingsley Field (221 Wagner Street, Klamath Falls, OR 97603) for the benefit of Oregon Military Department; Remove approximately 310 LF of concrete gutter/curb and 2 catch basins tops. Adjust grade as necessary for effective drainage. Approximate size of area 1,080 SQ/FT. Replace 310 LF of curb and gutter, and catch basins tops to match existing placement. All concrete to meet ODOT standards. Install 2 new tops on existing catch basins. Removal of 10 ft. feet of 5- foot-wide sidewalk on northside of 243. (to be ramped to gutter). Replacement of concrete: Re- use existing grates & frames from demoed catch basins, prep existing catch basins sealing all un-used pipes. Install a new 4-foot length, 6 inch wide, trench drain in the gutter, at the center of sidewalk, re-attach legs of awning to new curb on the boarders of new sidewalk, north of 24. Coordinate grades and drainage for new curb and gutter, approximately 310 LF, and two catch basins tops, trench drain, and sidewalk to match new positive drainage per plan view. Compact & grade existing base material. Form & pour new curb gutter, catch basins, and ramped sidewalk with curbs, with 4000 psi. concrete. Adjust one water valve to grade. All concrete and testing to meet ODOT standards.
