Specifications include, but are not limited to: Umatilla County is requesting proposals from insurance agents licensed in Oregon to serve as agent or agents of record for Umatilla County for one or more lines of workers compensation insurance, automobile insurance, public liability insurance and property insurance. The agent(s) will be utilized to obtain insurance policies with appropriate companies on terms and at a cost acceptable to the county. The agent will need to have the capability of researching and providing timely recommendations on a variety of available policies, to provide information on the selected policies on an on-going basis, and to assist in the processing of claims. Additionally, on-going risk management advice and consultations are an important service component of the agency. More than one firm may be selected to provide the services.
