Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Idaho Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) facilitator will provide support and facilitation to the Assessment and Accountability team. TAC facilitator will facilitate two in-person TAC meetings in fall and spring. The Director of Assessment and Accountability desires that the Idaho Technical Committee facilitator perform the following: I. Pre-Meeting Activity a. Review the agenda proposed by the Assessment and Accountability team prior to the kickoff-meeting b. Meet virtually for up to two hours with the Assessment and Accountability team approximately four weeks prior to each scheduled TAC meeting to go over the proposed agenda, set the common expectation, and clarify the purpose of each agenda topic. II. TAC Meeting Facilitation a.Highlight the purpose, goals, and expected outcomes of each agenda topic prior to the actual discussion b.Highlight proposed next steps and clarify the technical, practical, and policy implications of the Idaho TAC members’ recommendations throughout the discussion c.Moderate discussions with approximately 20 participants in a professional manner and keep the discussion on topic and time
