Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide a consistent project design team throughout the full length contract. 2. Assess space needs and design criteria with City’s project management team. This will include detailed space needs assessments for the following: • Existing Police Department staffing levels • Projected future Police Department staffing levels • Existing City Hall staffing levels (excluding Police & Fire) • Projected City Hall staffing levels (excluding Police & Fire) 3. Assess high level space needs for future Public Works expansion. 4. Provide three (3) conceptual floor plans for both a new Police Station and a renovated City Hall. Renovations at City Hall could include both the vacated police space as well as existing spaces excluding the Fire Department. Provide for CAD 3D capability to analyze the various floor plan layouts. Additional changes beyond that number of concepts would be considered additional services. 5. Provide schematic drawings, colored elevations, colored perspective, and other suitable material depicting the approved final conceptual layout. 6. Provide three (3) conceptual master plan site plans for Public Works. 7. Develop estimates of probable costs for all approved concepts. 8. Provide opportunities for public input and facilitate those sessions. A total of three (3) sessions should be included. 9. Facilitate bond referendum public support campaign.
