Specifications include, but are not limited to: The district is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified professionals to develop a project delivery system that gives the district a flexible yet consistent system of processes and tools to successfully manage, monitor, and complete various water delivery, treatment, and related infrastructure projects and studies. This procurement is limited to the development and implementation of a project delivery system. However, the project delivery system must have the capacity to accommodate a portfolio of projects with a combined estimated budget in excess of one billion dollars that includes pipelines, well sites, pump stations, reservoirs, water tanks, treatment facilities, hydro power plants, and more, as well as projects intended to recover, conserve, enhance, and protect native species and their habitat. The project delivery system should include tools for district leadership to effectively control the scope, schedule, and cost associated with each project. The scope of work is attached and incorporated as Exhibit B. A successful candidate will not be prohibited from bidding for design or construction management contracts that the district may subsequently solicit.
