Specifications include, but are not limited to: Natural Gas Supply: UA currently receives transported natural gas at its Fayetteville, AR campus via the Black Hills Energy gas system. UA consumes an estimated 687,000 MMBtus per year. Both Index (EGT) + Adder and NYMEX + Basis Differential pricings options for monthly MMBtu amounts shown in the table below for each month of the contract term. UA is requesting the ability to lock/hedge the NYMEX in increments as small as 5,000 MMBtus (1/2 Contract) per month without any volume penalty being added to the NYMEX price at the time of the lock. UA is requesting variance to screen product language be included in the contract that states that any NYMEX based lock or hedge offered by the supplier will be within +/- $0.03/MMBtu of the then current weighted average NYMEX offer price for the months being locked.
