Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City-Count of Butte-Silver Bow (BSB) is seeking proposals from qualified Architectural/Engineering firms for the development of a Pedestrian Lighting Plan for Uptown Butte (see attached map). The CityCounty of Butte Silver Bow has received a federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) award in the amount of $50,000 and has partnered with the Urban Revitalization Agency (URA) with matching funds in the amount of $22,679 for a total project budget of $72,679 for the preparation of a Pedestrian Lighting Plan for Butte’s historic Uptown business district. Plan preparation will include an exhaustive survey of existing conditions (lighting and infrastructure), lighting analysis, development of a lighting layout strategy, and a preparation of a final report that addresses pedestrian lighting, building accent lighting, aesthetic, electrical needs, construction and funding/budget strategies.
