Specifications include, but are not limited to: Serve as LMG’s Representative on the above projects, responsible for managing and coordinating with the design and construction teams, including attending all meetings with said parties requiring LMG participation. 2. Maintain all Project files in the same manner as set forth by LMG. Collaborate with the LMG and maintain communications with the Office throughout the course of the Projects. 3. Assist in bidding for the projects including but not limited to design services, construction, and insurance. 4. Coordinate and assist in the preparation of American Institute of Architects (AIA) contract Documents for the Architect, General Contractor, and/or Construction Manager with assistance from the agency and the Jefferson County Attorney Office. 5. Coordinate the preparation of all the Contract Documents and Instruments of Service and recommend alternative solutions whenever design details affect construction feasibility or schedules. 6. Assist, advise and approve in the disbursement and payment of amounts owed for the development of projects. Process all payments within the established methods of the LMG Office of Procurement.
