Specifications include, but are not limited to: PURCHASE DESCRIPTION: State intends to make a noncompetitive purchase for a Learning Management System (LMS) for integration into on-demand, self-paced courses and recording of live conference sessions that can be integrated into webinar platforms. The LMS shall deliver consistent training across the state of North Dakota. Course content must be specific for rehabilitation professionals and must meet the required online accessibility standards set forth in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and Americans with Disability Act (ADA) Compliance Guidelines for all users. State will have a centralized location to track training and progress and will have data available to make meaningful management decisions. State staff will earn continuing education credits, which will be automatically distributed by Vendor with a certificate of completion or Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) certificate.
