Specifications include, but are not limited to: HDOT requires the Consultant to provide the following personnel to assist the Maui District Office during construction of this project: 1. Full-Time staff during pre-construction, construction and post-construction: a. One (1) Field Engineer (equivalent to a State Engineer III) b. One (1) Construction Inspector (equivalent to a State Construction Inspector IV) 2. Part-time staff: a. One (1) Construction Manager (equivalent to a State Engineer V) b. One (1) Project Engineer (equivalent to a State Engineer IV) c. One (1) Environmental Engineer (equivalent to a State Engineer IV) d. One (1) Scheduler (equivalent to a State Planner IV/Engineer III) e. One (1) Field Clerk (equivalent to a State Office Assistant IV) f. One (1) Laboratory Technician (equivalent to a State Engineering Tech VI) The above is an estimate of the required manpower. The State reserves the right to adjust the manpower requirements as necessary during the project duration. Provide resumes of at least two (2) qualified personnel for each category that are anticipated to work on this project.
