Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Equipment Racks: The CONTRACTOR shall: i. Provide lockable, steel mesh AV racks to house all AV equipment which fits in the specified location. b. Control System: The CONTRACTOR shall: i. Provide a control system with a hardware central controller to integrate and simplify equipment control. The control system shall monitor all equipment and provide bidirectional communications where possible and report equipment health and status; and ii. Provide touchscreen controllers for each display section and control their respective display inputs and layouts. a) Provide a custom user interface for each display layout for ease of source routing and monitoring. b) Provide a rack control panel as back-up interface to control either display. c) Provide touchscreen controllers with PIN code locks which will provide up to three (3) levels of user privileges. d) Make adjustments to the control system based on the feedback provided by the State after the system has been in use for no less than 60 calendar days. c. Audio System: The CONTRACTOR shall: i. Install a digital audio server as the primary audio controller and routing platform; a) Provide a system processor which stores a design which is comprised of audio, video and control components, wiring, links, text, and graphics on a single or multiple schematic pages. The designs shall include any of the following audio DSP, video, test and measurement components, control components, and layout components: Acoustic Echo Cancellers, Command Buttons and Triggers, USB Audio Bridge, USB Video Bridge. b) Provide a system which does not require IEEE 802.1AS, IEEE 802.1Qat or IEEE 802.1Qav support on the network infrastructure to function. The overall system latency from analog input to synchronized analog outputs anywhere on the network shall not exceed 3.167ms. The system shall also be able to achieve an overall system latency of a maximum of 3.167ms over Layer-3 routed network infrastructure without any additional hardware, software, or connection services between subnets. c) Provide a digital signal processor which support Dante natively with a minimum of twelve (12) Mic/Line inputs and a minimum of eight (8) line outputs. d) Provide and verify all required licenses for all equipment to operate for usable lifespan of the equipment. ii. Provide a USB bridge for audio and video transport to host computers; iii. Provide a Multi-Channel Amplifier with minimum four (4) channels of 70V; iv. Provide twelve (12) 6.5” 2-Way 110 degree Conical In-Ceiling speakers which are ideal for conference room application; and v. Provide four (4) low profile ceiling mounted microphones which are compatible with the specified digital audio server system. d. Video System: The CONTRACTOR shall: i. LCD Displays a) Provide four (4) 85” 4K LCD monitors. Full array Local Dimming LED Backlight. Minimum brightness of 500 nits. 178-degree minimum viewing angle. Overall display height (w/o stand) not to exceed 43”; and b) Provide four (4) Articulating Swing Arm Display Wall Mounts for 85-inch displays with the following minimum requirements: 1) Capable of extending a minimum of 24 inches; 2) Allows display to be shifted left/right a minimum of 12 inches; and 3) Holds a minimum of 150 lbs. ii. Video Transport a) Provide a video transport system comprised of video encoders and decoders; b) Provide eight (8) AV Over IP Scaling Encoder Multimedia extenders with USB KVM, RS-232, and IR. Four (4) of which will be wall plate type not larger than US 2-Gang; c) Provide device controls via ethernet; and d) Provide device controls with Advanced RDID management built-in which are compliant with HDCP 2.2 and HDCP 1.4 which is compatible with LDU2 software configuration. iii. Video Cameras a) Provide five (5) PTZ conference cameras with a minimum of 12x zoom suitable for conference room video conferencing in all room configurations indicated; and b) Provide mounts for all cameras. e. Computer System: The CONTRACTOR shall: i. Desktop Computers a) Provide two (2) desktop computers which meet the following specifications to support video conferencing and presentations when the room is split and combined; and 1) Windows 11 Professional 64-bit 2) Minimum 12th gen Intel I7 8 core 3) Minimum 16GB (2x 8GB) DDR4 4) Minimum 512 GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD 5) Minimum 4 USB 3.2 ports 6) Minimum 3 HDMI 2.0 ports (or DisplayPorts 1.4 w/ HDMI adapters) 7) Wireless Mouse and Keyboard 8) Mountable in the AV rack or behind displays b) Provide 5-Year onsite repair.
