Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall provide a design service to investigate, provide mitigation recommendation to the Department and provide a finish work plan for mitigation to include drawings and bid specifications. The existing fence at the top of the quarried wall borders neighborhood properties and requires a survey for replacement. Base bid shall also include all aspects of constructions including compiling existing data related to the work site, survey property boundaries / topography, develop working drawings, slope presentation model, conceptual options and estimated construction cost at the Ketchikan Correctional Center in Ketchikan, Alaska. The contractor shall provide final 100% design plans and specifications no later than December 15, 2023.
