Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Data modeling of different scenarios based on available data. 2. Develop code and perform calculations for using assessment data and other data available through regular data collections to help determine a valid and reliable system for school designations for this year’s data. Assist in creating regulations, if needed, for any changes in the system for the prior year's assessment data. 3. Provide training to the data team on calculations used in determining school designations. 4. Assist in updating regulations and state plan documents aligned with the current accountability processes. 5. Provide technical documentation for the one-time process based on considerations and requirements from the U.S. Department of Education. 6. Provide consultation regarding ESSA accountability requirements and aid in creating a workplan to achieve the requirements. 7. Provide support to the Data, Accountability, and Assessment teams by assisting in presentations, creating planning documents to be submitted to the US Department of Education, stakeholders, and/or the State Legislature.
