Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Tunbridge is accepting proposals to repair July Flooding damages to Town roads in Tunbridge, Vermont. Repairs and erosion control measures are also needed in order to prevent damage from future flooding events in various locations. These problem areas include: Location A – Strafford Road (TH 01) • Repairs needed before winter • No properties located along this section • Slope is failing in multiple spots on this section • Needs fill/base materials, gravel road surface, culverts, rip rap for bank stabilization Location B – Hanson Road (TH 11) • Repairs needed before winter • Roadway is partially washed out and but passable, culverts washed out • Needs fill/base materials, gravel road surface, culverts, rip rap for bank stabilization Contractors shall provide design-build services to complete this work. This will include design and permitting, as well as furnishing the labor, material and equipment necessary to repair the bridge and reconstruct the roadway in accordance with Town Road & Bridge Standards.
