Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Inspect all SKPS locations for goose activity. 2. Develop and implement a Canada Goose Management Plan on SKPS properties using humane techniques that may include but are not limited to: a) The use of trained Border Collies b) Long distance humane avian lasers c) Egg depredation and nest removal d) Human and motorized craft pressure in the air and in bodies of water on SKPS properties. 3. The use of firearms, loud noises, pesticides, chemicals, poisons or anything deemed inhumane will not be allowed. 4. The services will be performed 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) between the hours of 6 am and 8 pm, with some special projects occurring outside of these service hours as needed. 5. Successful bidder will communicate with each location prior to conducting services. 6. The successful bidder will hold Liability Insurance of not less than $1,000,000.
