Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.2 Interior Design: 3.2.1 Box may be made out of 18ga. Metal, or similar, to allow for it to easily come out of exterior for servicing the unit. 3.3.2 Drainage holes should be included to allow liquid to drain without cigarette waste leaking. 3.3.3 Interior shall be easy to remove and may include heavy duty handles to make servicing the unit easier. 3.3.4 Shall extend the length of the exterior shell. 3.4 Exterior Design 3.4.1 Cigarette receptacle shall have openings that allow for cigarette disposal, but no other trash. 3.4.2 Paint shall be guaranteed not to fade or peel for a minimum of two (2) years to withstand the outdoor elements in the Owner’s region. 3.4.2 A lock shall provide easy access to empty the interior of the unit. 3.4.3 Not less than 11-gauge steel to be used for exterior. 3.5 Quality and Installation 3.5.1 Unit shall be made in accordance with industry standards including, but not limited to no blow-outs or poor welds. 3.5.2 Units should be welded at seams (no bolts or screws. 3.5.3 Owner does NOT require installation labor. 3.5.4 Units shall be made to install to the ground using universally sized hardware. 3.5.5 If specialized hardware is required for installation, it shall be included in the price of the unit.
