Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Mural should be one-of-a-kind art, hand-created, and applied directly to the surface of a physical structure. • Murals may be composed of paint or mixed media, including three-dimensional elements, graded for exterior use and harmoniously integrated into the physical structure. • Murals shall be painted in a manner that presents no danger to the public, such as rough/sharp surfaces/edges, loose components, etc. • The artist is responsible for obtaining all required permits, power washing the wall, and priming the wall, and all murals must be applied with a wall graffiti coat. • Artist is responsible for all scaffolding equipment on site. • The scale of the mural should be appropriate to the building and the site.
