Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Identification of the communication channels and tactics best suited to reach the different target audiences and the development of content and messaging for each communication channel and each audience. • Creation of website content around what energy efficiency is, how various energy efficiency measures work, the benefits for individual New Hampshire energy consumers and all New Hampshire energy consumers, and how consumers can access and engage in energy efficiency activities. • Creation of other collateral material to support the campaign, which may include short form video, storytelling, etc. • Creation of a resource library, which could include a calendar of statewide events that promote energy efficiency.
