Specifications include, but are not limited to: Douglas County School District 0001 (Omaha Public Schools) (“OPS” or “District”) invites qualified suppliers to submit bids for the purchase by OPS of a Digital Cutting System and related services; The Product ordered by OPS will be delivered directly to the individual location specified by OPS in the purchase order with the Product order being delivered no later than 45 days after the issuance of the purchase order. Purchase order for a purchased Product will be issued for the Product promptly after the Board of Education approval of the Contract and any software and service support agreement. Delivery of a purchased Product may be made to OPS only after a valid purchase order has been issued by OPS. The Contractor shall configure and install any licensed software necessary for the District to utilize the Products at the Installation Site. The cost of the configuration and installation shall be paid by the Contractor. Bidder shall include as an attachment to its bid response, for the District's review and negotiation, any and all software terms and/or licensing agreement for the District’s review.
