Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government (“Metro Government”) is now accepting Bids for Miscellaneous Garage Repairs. The FY24 Priority Repairs consist of the following work: 1. Concrete slab, column, beam, and miscellaneous repairs. 2. Repairs to structural steel. 3. Removal of loose material on the 615 Main Street façade. 4. Vehicular traffic membrane repair and installation. 5. Expansion joint repairs 6. Sealant repairs. 7. Concrete surface cleaning. 8. Penetrating concrete water repellent/corrosion inhibitor installation. 9. Storefront window installation. 10. Installing a chain-link fence to block access to the freight elevator in the Riverfront Garage on Level 2.
