Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) is seeking quotes for moving services to relocate our office from 1 Centre Street, 9th and 3rd Floors, to 253 Broadway, 2nd, 11th, 12th, and 13th floors. Both buildings are owned and managed by the NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS). The estimated date for the move is after June, 2023. The new offices will be fully furnished with work units, seating, conference furniture, and some file storage. Items to be moved from the existing offices to the new offices will be primarily files and documents, computers and monitors, books, equipment, supplies, artifacts and framed artwork, and some items of furniture such as 5-drawer file cabinets, chairs, and small bookcases. LPC requests white glove service. The movers will pack all materials at the 1 Centre Street location and unpack them at the specified floor locations at 253 Broadway on the 2nd, 11th, 12th, and 13th floors.
