Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection is soliciting bids to establish a contract for four (4) perpetual licenses with a 20-Node Capacity of HydroCAD Version 10.2, or equal, and software maintenance and support for the initial year. 3.1. Vendor shall provide HydroCAD product or equal. 3.2. The vendor shall be a reseller of HydroCAD product and be licensed to resell HydroCAD (or equal) licenses and support. 3.3. Vendors bidding “or Equal” products shall be a reseller of the “or equal” product and be licensed to resell the “or Equal” licenses and support. 4.1. HydroCAD 10.2 Software, or equal License and Year 1 Maintenance and support 4.1.1. Four (4) Perpetual 20-Node Capacity Licenses must be upgraded and covered by Year 1 maintenance and support. 4.1.2. Software must have exclusive on-screen routing diagram that shows the interconnection between the sub catchments, reaches and ponds that make up each watershed. Automatic diversions are shown right on the diagram as a secondary or tertiary outflow. Hydrographs must be automatically generated, summed, and routed based on the diagram. 4.1.3. The onscreen diagram must also provide a simple point and shoot interface for quick data entry, calculations, reports, and graphics. Diagrams must also be able to be annotated with text and custom images. 4.1.4. Software must generate complete runoff hydrographs using the SCS Unit Hydrograph procedure. 4.1.5. Software must generate trapezoidal hydrographs using the Rational Method or Modified Rational Method, with fully adjustable rise/fall rates.
