Specifications include, but are not limited to: . General: A. Enclosure must conform to state, national, and other codes and ordinances which apply to this project. B. Provide structural calculations, plans and details stamped by a structural engineer licensed in the state of New Hampshire. C. Structural steel must be new and conform to the following: i. ASTM A992 – Wide flange beams and columns ii. ASTM A36 – Channels, angles, and plates iii. ASTM A500, Grade C – Structural tubes iv. ASTM A123 – Hot-dip galvanizing after fabrication 2. Structural/ Architectural: A. Dimensions: The required building footprint is 14’-6”x 4’-0”. The building height dimension from top of existing wood pier deck to top of roof ridgeline must be approximately 9’-6”. B. Frame Construction: Steel framing must be hot-dip galvanized structural steel as required by the design calculations. All joints must be welded
