Specifications include, but are not limited to: This is a Guaranteed Maintenance Service contract. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor,materials, parts, tools, lubricants, refrigerant, equipment, transportation, all other incidental works, andsupervision necessary for the complete inspection, trouble shooting, maintenance and repairs to the airconditioning and ventilating equipment, in the Honolulu and Kailua Districts, located at various HawaiiState Department of Education (STATE) schools on the Island of Oahu. The CONTRACTOR shall completely guarantee the satisfactory operation of all air conditioning and ventilating systems, within thescope of this contract such that the temperature of air-conditioned rooms can be maintained at seventy-five (75) degrees Fahrenheit, plus or minus three (3) degrees
