Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State Foundation on Culture and the Arts (SFCA) is soliciting bids from qualified companies or individuals to provide professional installation of 1 Insulated Glass Unit (IGU). The existing IGU has two panes of glass. One broken, one intact. Contractor to: Coordinate order and purchase of slumped glass replacement to be shipped to Glasmalerei Peters Studios (GPS). Install temporary 3/4" plywood barrier in window opening. Plywood must be secured/framed within opening, caulked against any water infiltration, and include applied art scheme close matched vinyl graphic on exterior face. Clean and assemble both glass panels and IGU frame. Reinstall IGU as per original Arcadia specifications. Contractor responsible for removal and installation of Arcadia storefront Aluminum. Care shall be taken when removing the existing aluminum window system so as not to damage any of the parts. Cover pieces to be installed during fabrication time so as to appear finished. The glass panels for the Judiciary Complex must satisfy all of the following criteria: International Building Code (IBC) 2003 ; Design wind load: 45 psf ;
