Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The vendor shall attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Please see bid event for meeting details. B. The vendor shall be responsible for the successful, timely, and economical completion of projects. 1. Projects shall include upgrades to the Little Rock Zoo's entry plaza, demolitions to current animal exhibits, and construction of new animal exhibits. C. The vendor shall be responsible for the successful, timely, and economical completion of projects. 1. The vendor shall collaborate closely with the selected Architect, the selected construction Contractor for the projects, and authorized Zoo personnel; coordinate pre-construction planning; ensure project timeliness; and ensure the economical completion of the projects. E. The vendor shall comply with all local, state, and federal directives, orders, and laws as applicable to this proposal and subsequent contract(s), including but not limited to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), and OSHA as applicable to this contract. F. The vendor shall certify that their proposal is made without previous understanding, agreement, or connection with any person, firm or corporation making a proposal for the same services and is in all respects fair, without outside control, collusion, fraud, or otherwise illegal action.
