Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Line 1: Site preparation: a. Setting up, site staking and project administration b. Removal of old bunker material and haul away 2. Grade work to include: a. Stripping of sod and/or any topsoil necessary b. Re-spreading of any topsoil c. General earthwork, shaping and edging 3. Drainage to include: a. Installation of 4" perforated drainage pipe b. Installation of any additional drainage outlets. 4. Feature Construction to include: a. Installation of liner throughout the bunker (no fabric) b. Finish grading 5. Finish work to include: a. USGA grade bunker sand from qualifying vendors to be added at 6" depth b. Sodding, seeding, or erosion control to any disturbed areas
