The Division of the New Hampshire State Police (NHSP) have had a standard configuration/upfit of their cruisers for many years. Operationally, the brand and manufacturer are important components for not only upfitting our cruisers but of equal importance in providing a standard cruiser configuration allowing Troopers to be readily rotated to a different cruiser. Having a standard configuration ensures that a Trooper can correctly operate all the cruiser’s equipment, and present testimony in court based on that operation. Seek information and pricing on similar products indicated in Attachment A. o Vendor's shall meet or exceed the required specifications as written. The State of New Hampshire shall be the sole determining factor of what meets or exceeds the required specifications. o Unless otherwise specified by the Bureau of Purchase and Property in this request for information document, all equipment/items offered by the Vendor shall be new (and of the current model year, if applicable); shall not be used, rebuilt, refurbished; shall not have been used as demonstration equipment, and shall not have been placed anywhere for evaluation purposes. o The manufacturer(s) and/or model(s) indicated in this request for information are equivalent to the type and quality required. You may bid different make(s) and model(s); however, your offer shall match or exceed the one(s) indicated and you shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the purchasing Agency that they meet or exceed the minimum standards.
