Specifications include, but are not limited to: This scope of work describes the professional services required to create project plan for macroinvertebrate study of East Branch Trout Brook and Trout Brook at the Maine Army National Guard’s (MEARNG) Woodville Training Site located in T2R9 NWP, Penobscot County, Maine. The project location will be in the vicinity of a proposed multi-purpose machine gun range (MPMG). The project plan must be designed such that water quality upstream and downstream of any future range impacts can be monitored. All work is to be done IAW relevant MEDEP SOPs for biological monitoring (Biomonitoring Materials, Monitoring and Assessment, Bureau of Land and Water Quality, Maine Department of Environmental Protection) and shall be approved by ME Department of Environmental Protection.
