Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Successful Bidder shall provide uniformed Event Medical Staff as requested by MECA before, during, and after various events at the Facilities. • Provide management, operation, and supervision of the Event Medical Service. • Furnish qualified personnel, including a Coordinator in Charge (“CIC”), as described in Item 11. • Promptly, properly, and adequately administer medical assistance to those requiring or requesting it. • Provide MECA with a Medical Services Operations Plan (“MSOP”). • Carry out the MSOP and be accountable to MECA. • Implement procedures to ensure that MECA is immediately notified of any occurrence at the Facilities affecting the quality, value, safety, or convenience. • Provide MECA a written report of all medical incidents that happen on or at the Facilities which received EMSP assistance.
