Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Oregon Business Development Department (“Department” or “Business Oregon”), is issuing this Request for Proposals for video production services. Contractor will film and produce an informational/promotional video, in a modern and creative style, approximately five (5) minutes in duration, featuring each of the following emerging industry sectors that were included in the Market Analyses: • Organic Agriculture and Organic Food Products; • Cannabis; • Commercial Music; • Ocean Resources and the Blue Economy; • Live Performance The Project should include and highlight the following, at a minimum: 1.2.1.1 a brief overview of Oregon’s regions, competitive business advantages, and opportunities for business growth as described in the Market Analyses; 1.2.1.2 Department-specific information about Business Oregon supported products and services that highlights successful outcomes; and 1.2.1.3 Business Oregon’s goals, the value and impact of the Department’s work for Oregon and Department’s role in helping Oregon businesses and communities prosper.
