Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Ames is accepting bids from qualified contractors to replace the roof on the North River Valley Concession Stand, located at 1015 East 13th Street, for the Parks & Recreation Department. Replace all weathered/damaged facia board as needed ; Replace soffit ; Wrap all exposed wood in metal ; 1. The contractor shall maintain a safe work area around the facility 2. Access to Bathrooms and softball supply box shall be maintained as open in softball season 3. Contractor will be responsible for removal and disposal of all old roofing materials and debris with close attention to the removal of nails from the work area 4. Contractor shall provide all tools and equipment that are necessary to complete the project 5. Contractor shall provide all warranty information upon completion of project 6. All work shall be completed on April 15, 2024, or sooner 7. Owner reserves the right to stop or reschedule work due to conditions in the park 8. The worksite shall be secured and cleaned up daily (nails, debris, materials, equipment, etc.)
