Specifications include, but are not limited to: Mt. Hood Community College (“MHCC”) seeks responses from qualified bidders to provide remodel improvements to the existing bookstore space for the creation of the Equity & Community Resource Center. Work includes all management, materials not acquired by owner, labor, equipment,permits, etc. for a complete and finished product consistent with the design intentestablished in the bid documents and specifications. Work includes (but is not limited to);the demolition of selected walls, construction of new interior walls, fabrication andinstallation of new casework, moving or additional plumbing and electrical for sinks,installation of ceiling tiles and lighting, installation of flooring, painting, and minor exteriordoor/storefront modifications.
