Proofs: High resolution, contract color proof of cover, composite color laser of text, digital imposition color laser of entire book. Final composite proof must be submitted to Clearwater Communications and the Secretary of State’s office for final approval. Finished size: 6" x 9". Number of pages: 660 plus cover. Text ink: Print 4/4 on 210 pages (includes cover), print black 1/1 on 450 pages. (The four-color pages are dispersed throughout the book; the balance is black ink.) Text stock: 70# white, dull text, #2 or better. Cover ink: Print 5/0- 4 color process, plus one PMS color, on outside covers and spine only, FULL BLEED. The inside covers are blank, no printing. Cover stock: Neenah® (formerly FiberMark®), Hyflex 9®, 9 pt. graphic white, Cambric embossed cover (or equivalent). If bidding cover stock on substrate other than Neenah® Hyflex 9®, please submit samples of cover stock along with product specification sheet when submitting this bid. Bindery: Fold, perfect bind, final trim to 6” x 9”. Package: Pack in uniform, sturdy cartons. Label each carton with: “2023-2025 ND Blue Book” and quantity per carton.
