Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Water Supply needs an estimated total of 28,481 square f'eet or400 patches filled. Patches vary in classiflcation, size, depth, and terrain. Patches nlay be located in either rural or heavily used areas; tratflc control may be required in some locations. Additional patching may be requested by the department as the need arises. Award of contract will be based upon cost of PER SQUARE FOOTAGE. Must be repaved with 4" AC, 6" UTB and 4" of ATB. Contractor shall saw cut beyond all existing edges of temporary trench patches as follows: 12" for County roads and l6" for State of Hawaii owned roads. All over cuts must be filled with hot crack pour filler.
