Specifications include, but are not limited to: ➢ Existing roof will be completely removed down to wood deck and the waste properly disposed of. ➢ 2.8lb. SPF will be sprayed in place at an average thickness of 1.5 inches. ➢ Benchmark Acrylic Base Coat will be applied over foam at a minimum of 2 gallon per square. ➢ White Puma XL Top Coat will be applied over Base Coat at a minimum rate of 2 gallons per square. ➢ Additional 1 gallon per square will be applied and granules will be embedded into wet coating to create a pest resistant and nonslip surface. ➢ New gutters flashing will be installed. Complete roof will have (3) layers of coatings, be white in color, seamless, waterproof, and will have an (20) year no leak RENEWABLE WARRANTY. The City of Hopkinsville will grant a delay up to fifteen business (15) days for each day Contractor cannot work due to rain or wet conditions. The City of Hopkinsville will conduct a Pre-Construction Meeting with the Contractor within one (1) week after the Contract has been awarded.
