Specifications include, but are not limited to: In furtherance of EOHHS’s goals, as described herein, EOHHS is reopening the Notice of Opportunity, seeking individuals to serve on the EOHHS Quality Measure Alignment Taskforce. The following individuals may apply on their own behalf or on behalf of an organization: representatives from advocacy groups, including consumers or consumer representatives for populations, including people with disabilities and people with complex medical conditions in healthcare quality measurement; representatives from provider organizations, including medical, behavioral health, long-term services and supports providers, and Community Health Centers with experience in and responsibility for quality improvement and quality reporting; representatives from commercial and Medicaid managed care health plans with experience in and responsibility for performance measurement activities related to alternative payment models (APMs); clinical experts (e.g., physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, licensed clinical social workers, licensed mental health counselors, psychologists, or registered nurses). subject matter experts on health equity, health equity measurement and/or accountability for reducing inequities; and representatives from academia and/or the research community with expertise in quality measurement methods and best practices. The goals and focuses of the Taskforce are described in detail below. All Taskforce members are expected to participate in initial onboarding activities and trainings, be available to devote the time needed to perform the roles and responsibilities of the Taskforce, review all meeting materials in advance of meetings, attend at least 90% of meetings, participate in the development of work plan deliverables, and provide advice and guidance to EOHHS.
