Specifications include, but are not limited to: Installing capstan supports and capstans on the existing dolphins according to the manufacturer's recommendations in locations shown on the attached "Proposed Capstan Locations" sketch. The Borough will finish the capstans and capstan supports. The Contractor will install capstans and provide welds, bolts, nuts, and washers necessary to connect capstans to the dolphins. Furnishing and installing electrical cables, conduits, equipment, and ancillary materials. The Contractor will propose the best location to feed the new capstans. The Contractor will size and run cables from the proposed panel to two electrical capstans. Powering and testing two capstans to ensure proper operation.
