Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Landscape Maintenance (Pricing Table-1): Services may include, but are not limited to the following: mowing, edging, watering, fertilizing, weed, pest and disease control, pruning, chemical controls, trash and debris removal, ground cover care, placing mulch, tree staking, and reporting of vandalism and safety concerns. It will be the Contractor's responsibility, without further direction from the County, to meet all contract requirements in this agreement. Specific site requirements, time periods and schedules will be specified for each job required by the County. Generally work will be performed monthly per location but can be adjusted anytime by the County B. Vegetated Swale Maintenance (Pricing Table-2): Services may include, but are not limited to the following: mowing, weed, pest and disease control, pruning, trash and debris removal. It will be the Contractor's responsibility, without further direction from the County, to meet all contract requirements in this agreement. Specific site requirements, time periods and schedules will be specified for each job required by the County. Generally work will be performed twice per year per location but can be adjusted anytime by the County. C. The County reserves the right to accept or decline bids on either one or both of the pricing tables depending on pricing received.
